Easy access to Blackpool International airport, which was about 30 minutes' drive away. Enjoyed the double room with the bar and waited for the rest of the group to arrive plus TV I was given.

Location close to the pier and Blackpool Tower. Nearby pubs and shops made exploring the area convenient.
Bedding fabric felt alarmingly thin and had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was marred by black mould, and I even had to bring my own cleaner after asking for help. Carpets looked like they hadn't been touched by a vacuum in ages, with stains, made me question if I'd stepped into a crime scene. The window opener was positioned near the ceiling, leaving me unable to get fresh air. The toilet was awkwardly cramped, and the shower couldn't decide on its temperature. With a mattress that hit like a deflated airbed and a bloodstain on the duvet cover, my comfort was far from guaranteed. To top it off, there was a hefty layer of dust on the ceiling fan that I was too wary to use.

The room was cozy and clean, with a comfy bed, made for a good night's sleep. There was a TV with plenty of channels, and lots of tea and coffee provided. The shower was hot, but the water pressure was a bit weak. It did the job overall, but could use a little improvement.

The quadruple room provided ample space and comfort. Ann and Nigel's hospitality was amazing. The location was also excellent, great to explore the area easily. I did notice a lack of grilled vegetables on the menu , and it would be nice to have had more seating options in the bar. The experience was good and left us wanting to return.

Friendly vibes and great location
Stayed here for a night and the lady running the place was super nice, even texted us to let us check in early! The room was basic but had some tea and toiletries, a nice touch. Location is perfect, just a hop away from Coral Island. Only thing, the shower coulda used a bit more hot water.

The location stood out. Just a short walk to central pier and other attractions. The room felt clean, and the beds were comfy. Staff members were friendly and approachable. There were issues too. Noise disturbances from nearby activities were distracting during the night. Some areas in the room could improve with better cleaning. Small details like that would enhance the experience a lot.
